iCloud can keep your contacts in sync on all your iOS devices. Besides, it provides the option to export contacts directly from iCloud.com. It is extremely convenient for you if want a complete contact list, because you do not need to use your iDevices to access them. And you can back up or share your contacts with others when you successfully export all of them from iCloud.
The exported contacts - VCF file, which is the universal standard file type, can be imported or shared in many other applications or services like Gmail, Yahoo, and so on.
How to export iCloud contacts?
- Go to iCloud.com and log in your account by entering your Apple ID and password.
- Choose “Contacts”.
- Select all contacts (On Windows, click “Ctrl + A” and on Mac, click “Command + A”). Then, click “Export vCard…”.
Now you can have all your iCloud contacts on local computer. However, for those who didn’t enable iCloud, you can still transfer contacts from iPhone to computer. Try FonePaw iOS Transfer.
Nothing happens when exporting all contacts. Only works for one contact at a time!

ReplyDeleteFirstly, follow the above guide to export your contacts from iCloud to a vCard file format. Then follow the below instruction to import iCloud contacts to Outlook 2013.
Delete1. In Outlook 2013 on your desktop, choose File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
2. Choose Import a VCARD file, and then choose Next. Follow the prompts in the wizard.
3. Click Next.
4. In the "Select a destination folder" box, scroll to the top if needed and select the Contacts folder > Next.
5. Choose Finish.

ReplyDeleteJust as an FYI - I was trying the same thing today. From iCloud I can export all into a Single VCF file (notepad was used to confirm the file has many contacts). In Outlook 2010 the import only brings in the first contact as stated by the first poster in this thread. The result they are having is indeed the result you will get using outlook 2010. Is Outlook 2013 different? I don't know but it clearly only imports the first item in 2010 and there are no options in the wizard beyond selecting the VCF file.

ReplyDeleteI'm having the same problem. I select ALL contacts to export to a .vcf. A window pops up at the bottom, stating that it is exporting the first file + 280 contacts. When I import to Outlook, there is only the first contact. I've done this 4 or 5 times and am becoming very frustrated!! Please help!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSame here, and I have 4000+ contacts! I am a salesman, and I need those contacts. iCloud suddenly stopped synching with Outlook, for no apparent reason, and now I stand with my whole rolodex stuck in the Cloud! Help!
